• Submitting an offer:
  Prior to submitting an offer on a property it is important to establish the price to offer.  Our agents will analyze the most recent sales in the area in order for you to submit the most competitive offer.
  
  
• Pre-qualifying for a loan:
  Pre-qualifying for a loan is important for several reasons.  First,  you will be informed on what loan payments you can actually afford thus establishing your purchase price range.  Secondly,  submitting an offer with a pre-qualification from a lender may give you some leverage with a Seller.
  
  
• Having proof of funds available:
  Submitting proof of funds is now expected when purchasing a property.  This helps insure the Seller that you the Buyer will be able to close the transaction.  Be prepared to show a document from your banking institution.
  
  
• Property Inspections:
  Upon acceptance of a Purchase Agreement we recommend our Buyers to obtain a property inspection.  A property inspector is a trained professional who inspects the property you are purchasing for defects.  This is a service paid for by the Buyer and the prices vary.
  
  
• Understanding closing costs:
  Closing costs are fees associated with the purchase of a property and are customarily paid upon the closing of escrow.  Examples of such fees are loan fees, appraisal fees, & title fees.
